Health Here built Q Code to confront the uncertainty that ambulatory clinics face when it comes to understanding a patient’s financial responsibility for upcoming high cost services like surgeries, imaging, and injections. This uncertainty makes it difficult for clinics to proactively collect payments for these procedures, and, when they do, leads to issues like refunds, under-collection, and general patient confusion.

Q Code addresses these issues by quickly providing clinics an accurate list of expected out-of-pocket patient costs as they schedule procedures.
